The staff at an office I work with changed, how does the new person take over their Secure-Mail account?

When there is staff turnover at an office, new staff members may need to claim the Secure-Mail account from outgoing staff. If you become aware of the existence of a Secure Health Exchange account, your office email address is typically the login. If the password is not known, you can reset by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ on the log in page

Enter your email address and a reset notification would be sent to you. Your new password must be minimum eight characters with, at least, one capital and one number.
