Composing Messages and Working with Attachments in Secure Health Exchange  


1. To compose a message in the Secure Health Exchange you must first log in to your account.

2.  Click the Compose button.


3. Fill out the “to” and “subject” fields then fill out the body portion of your message.    



*Note* Clicking the edit button next to the unlock icon will allow you to edit the standard ‘unsecured’ message notification that is sent to the recipients email address.  Please do not include any PHI (personal health information) here as it is not protected.



4. If you have attachments to add to the message, drag and drop them into the provided space or use the browse button to manually search for your file.
